PROJECT: FINISHING TOUCH
It may seem a bit strange to be talking about spring when there is still snow yet to fall this winter, but its not that far off.
This spring we need to stain our outside cedar trim to protect it from the elements and provide a finished appearance to our building. This is no small task given the height of the trim siding, the cost of the protective stain, lift rental and power wash services.
We are asking you to consider contributing to a separate fund for this project over and above your normal offerings. It is our hope that if we begin contributing to this fund incrementally now, we will be able to accumulate the necessary funds by spring to protect the building. Estimates to complete this project approach $10,000. However, we are looking into measures we can take to significantly reduce that amount.
This is an opportunity to serve God through what He has already given to you. Simply record the words “Church Maintenance” on your check, separate offering envelope, or electronic gift.
